FIX YOUR PRACTICE
Coach VC has different levels of drills for all levels of players. The more advanced must hit into smaller targets versus beginners get bigger zones to aim for.
No he does not, he just got lucky helping improve many players while coaching numerous top players in the state and nation. Coach VC giving demonstrations of how to hit difficult shots without missing ever is also luck. The fact that all his students have measurable improvements is just coincidence. In fact Coach VC like many other coaches says " Just feel the ball" instead of saying things like "Use this hitting structure through contact and I need you to hit that zone of the court 5 times in a row." Feel the shot or PROVE you have the shot. Coach VC done
Sorry Coach VC does not do that since there are so many people that would love to use his secret training methods. You can check out his free training to see if his information and coaching system is helpful to you. You can decide from there, once his secrets get out most coaches will attempt to copy him which is fine but you must pay to play. Players often get a big level up just from his free vids and training.
